International Customers:  A flat rate of $10.00 will be added to all orders being shipped to addresses outside the United States of America. WE WILL REFUND to you any amount above the actual shipping fee charged to us by the United States Postal Service. Your REFUND will be issued the same day that your order is shipped. We apologize for this inconvenience. In the rare event that the postal fee is more than $10.00, we will hold your order until the shipping charge is paid in full, and you will receive an invoice indicating the amount due to complete your order.
