Postal Rates

Postal Rate increases have forced us to change our shipping charges accordingly. Effective March 26, 2008, the shipping charges will be as follows: International Customers:  A flat rate of $10.00 will be added to all PayPal orders being shipped to addresses outside the United States of America. WE WILL REFUND to you any amount above the cost of the postal fee and the packing materials. Your REFUND will be issued the same day that your order is shipped. We apologize for this inconvenience. In the rare event that the postal fee is more than $10.00, we will hold your order until the shipping charge is paid in full, and you will receive an invoice indicating the amount due to complete your order.
